The Card Internal Mobility team is looking for an associate to join our recruiting team. You will deliver an exceptional and streamlined experience to our internal associates and contingent workers who are looking for their next role within the Card organization. In this position, you will support all recruiting activities for non-exempt internal associates moving into professional roles (BA, Product Management, Process / Project Management, etc). You will work directly with hiring managers and our full lifecycle recruiting partners to support their internal hiring needs, assist with preparing internal associates for next steps in the interview process, participate in hosting internal events to market open roles to associates across Card, and collaborate with our Interview Logistics Team, Internal Mobility policy team, and other key partners in the Talent Acquisition org to ensure a streamlined, well-managed process.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Effectively manage internal candidates through the recruiting and selection process and manage contractor conversions
• Build relationships with internal candidates at a high-volume and serve as a key contact for candidates throughout the interview and offer stages
• Support management of relevant departmental data systems, including candidate tracking database, decision-making tools, and ad-hoc reporting requests
• Educating hiring managers on the internal mobility process and policies, and partnering with them to ensure a streamlined interview process
• Host recurring internal recruiting events alongside hiring managers to market open roles to Card associates.
• Administrative tasks to adhere to the required process, policies, and compliance steps Special projects, ongoing training, meetings.
• Strong focus on client management and candidate experience.
