Job Title: Recruiter
Duration: Long term contract
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (some flexibility)
Location: Torrance, CA 90501 (hybrid schedule)


Roles and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate management
for entry level and / or experienced related openings. Responsibilities may be based on local, regional or
North American recruiting strategy / initiatives.
Daily Tasks:
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals. Track and report key metrics designed
to measure effectiveness of staffing activity. Provide recruiting guidance and expertise to assigned
customers and hiring managers. Utilize Taleo applicant tracking system to manage positions and
candidates.
Required Skills:
Minimum Education Qualifications – Associates Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting.
Knowledge related to staffing, recruitment, interviewing methods and processes.
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills
Experience with MS Word and Excel
Desired Skills:
Experience with Taleo, Honda’s Applicant Tracking System or another Applicant Tracking System
Ability to pick up processes quickly and multi-task
Ability to manage a high workload while maintaining quality
Ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers
Understanding of laws and regulations related to staffing and recruitment
Determine escalation points throughout the process (i.e.lack of candidates, Hiring Manager engagement,
etc.)
Position Factors (i.e. multi-plant assignment, work environment):
Fast pace work environment
Ability to be flexible with working hours as needed
