Recruiter Overview:

This position will augment the Talent Acquisition team’s tasks. It will involve supporting coordination efforts for interviews and pre-employment activities, sourcing and screening talent, supporting full life-cycle recruiting primarily for salaried and management roles with some production overflow.



Responsibilities:

- Coordinate interviews across the team and administer pre-employment screenings

- Recruit for critical roles in manufacturing, engineering, procurement and sales

- Learn to align talent strategy with business needs

- Build credibility by partnering with one of the world’s most recognized companies

- Potential to network with stakeholders across the company to expand opportunities within the company
