Job Description
Required Education & Experience
• Education: High School Diploma is required. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of in-house/corporate recruitment or human resources job-related experience.
• Acceptable Experience: Internship experience is considered applicable.
Required Skills
• Technical Recruiting Expertise: Must have proven experience and be fluent in recruiting for Engineering (Electrical, Software, etc.), AI, Automation, and/or Product Management roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced sourcing skills and comfort with technology and recruitment tools (experience with Workday is desired).
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship management, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
• Analytical & Operational Skills: Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, manage details, and use data to drive decisions.
Job Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers to understand business needs and required skills.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, making offers, and coordinating onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines, especially for technical roles.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system (Workday) and CRM tools to manage candidates and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain compliance with recruitment policies.
• Track the candidate process to minimize time-to-hire and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition within the Cat Technology/Digital environment.
• Collaborate with centralized teams, recruitment agencies, and other regional partners. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
