Required Education:
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
Required Skills & Experience:
• Candidate needs to have a minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting RNs. Would love for them also to have recruited for Radiology (or Allied Health) roles.
• Candidates must be agile and flexible. We are looking for a team member that possess self-motivating personality traits along with someone who has excellent communication skills in order to build and nurture relationships with team members and hiring leaders
• Strong Interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and peers.
• Excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to research, analyze, disseminate information, and manage time-sensitive project tasks in order to meet deadlines.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and peers.
• Strong consultative skills.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
• Strong computer skills and experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems (CMS).
• Proficient knowledge of employment laws and hiring policies.
• Possesses a wide degree of creativity, personal organization, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving ability.
• Ability and flexibility to shift focus easily while maintaining focus on objectives.
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering a qualified and diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers within a specific business line. This position develops and maintains a pipeline of top talent and works closely with business partners to create and drive an integrated recruitment strategy that will encompass all channels of talent.
Job Responsibilities
• Provides exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the full lifecycle of recruiting.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective, ongoing sourcing strategies to meet the talent demands
• Sources, screens, and recommends applicants based on the hiring manager’s target profile; may be accountable for developing and maintaining a network of contacts by leveraging online recruiting resources and through an applicant tracking system.
• Influence and educate hiring managers on the importance of diversity in the recruitment process.
• Calculate and negotiate offers in consultation with the hiring manager and HR.
• Consult on the competitive landscape for talent.
• Manage candidate and hiring manager communications with a sense of urgency.
• May build talent communities through various social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram).
