Job Description
***Only qualified Sr. Executive Recruiter candidates located near Dallas, TX to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***



Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

• 5+ years of full lifecycle Executive Recruiting experience within the agency and/or corporate space.

• 3+ years of experience with ATS and other related recruiting platforms (Workday, etc.)

• Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive hiring goals and program outcomes

• Ability to deliver on all deadlines and execute in a very fast-paced environment

• 3+ years of experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc)

• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships

• Strong, solid production history demonstrated through quality of hires

• Excellent Account Management including strong oral and written communication

• Consultative mindset

• Data analytics

This position is an integral part of our Executive Search Team within our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting and account management of client organizations to fill Executive Level positions throughout the company domestically.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing new business relationships, identifying external Executive talent and driving assignments to closure.



Responsibilities:

• Involved in highly specialized executive searches

• Conduct initial screening conversations to effectively assess top talent

• Track, analyze, and share pipeline activity updates with key stakeholders

• Competitive intelligence, market mapping, and research

• Leverage a proactive approach to recruiting and help drive talent acquisition agenda

• Work with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s)

• Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions

• Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers

• Surface candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

• Consults with senior leadership regarding workforce planning strategies including workforce diversity, forecasted staffing needs, and personnel development plans.

• This position will manage end-to-end life cycle recruiting process for Executive positions.

• May be responsible for planning, leading and implementation of hiring initiatives, talent acquisition or internal staffing programs.

• Will source active and passive applicants, recruit, screen, interview and hire for highly specialized and difficult-to- attract positions.

• This position requires the creation of sourcing strategies that would generally include significant coordination with the client on required skills, identifying competitor information and researching industry terms.

• This position is responsible for creating talent pools and utilizing internet boards, referral networks and industry specific user groups to identify passive candidates not typically found through the standard job posting procedures.

• Collaborates with clients to understand talent gaps and expected future workforce requirements.
