This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, and candidate management for entry-level and/or experienced related openings. Responsibilities may be based on local, regional, or North American recruiting strategies/initiatives.

Daily Tasks:

Manage a full-cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals. Track and report key metrics designed to measure the effectiveness of staffing activity. Provide recruiting guidance and expertise to assigned customers and hiring managers. Utilize the Taleo applicant tracking system to manage positions and candidates.

Required Skills:

· Minimum Education Qualifications — Associates Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years experience in full-cycle recruiting.
· Knowledge related to staffing, recruitment, interviewing methods, and processes.
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Strong organizational skills
· Experience with MS Word and Excel

Desired Skills:

· Experience with Taleo, Applicant Tracking System or another Applicant Tracking System Ability to pick up processes quickly and multi-task
· Ability to manage a high workload while maintaining quality
· Ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers
· Understanding of laws and regulations related to staffing and recruitment
· Determine escalation points throughout the process (i.e.lack of candidates, Hiring Manager engagement, etc.)
· Ability to work remotely and come into the office in Marysville, OH as needed Ability to be flexible with working hours as needed
