SUMMARY
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor with hands-on recruiter experience supporting union or skilled trades hiring who understands recruiting processes, thrives in fast-paced coordination work, and excels at detail, compliance, and manager communication.

Recruiting experience in trades, skilled labor, or union environments preferred.
• Electrical, utilities, construction, manufacturing, field operations
• Journeyman, apprentice, lineman, skilled craft roles

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is required
• 3 or more years of professional-level recruiting experience required.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Experience recruiting within a corporate environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Confidence in dealing with managers.
• Able to work in fast paced environment with high volume of scheduling.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong communication, networking and consultation skills.
• The ability to build relationships and work effectively with peers and all levels of leadership.
• Understand how to provide a good candidate experience.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel required.
• Uncompromising integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the process and must ask for feedback about candidates
• Will support electrical operations (journeyman lineman, apprentice lineman, etc.).
• Will need to screen leader-based testing, physical evaluations
