Required Experience

• 3-10+ years experience in full cycle recruitment (direct sourcing, corporate recruitment) including consultative partnership with business leaders to define talent needs.

• Experience developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies (diverse talent pools

• Ability to travel occasionally and commute to events and company locations as needed.







Job Duties

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake and recruitment strategy development, sourcing, candidate screening and assessment, interview coordination, candidate presentation, offer development and negotiation, and pre-hire activities.

• Partner and consult with hiring leaders to understand business needs, position requirements, talent availability, and market conditions and develop effective recruiting strategies.

• Proactively source and engage qualified talent through networking, professional organizations, online platforms, databases, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.

• Develop and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Serve as a talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing insight and guidance related to recruiting strategy, candidate selection, compensation considerations, market trends, and the overall hiring process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, HR partners, and other internal and external stakeholders.

• Effectively communicate client’s employee value proposition and employment opportunities to attract and engage high-quality talent.

• Deliver a consistent, professional, and best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.

• Embed employer brand, diversity, equity and inclusion, and equal employment opportunity principles throughout recruiting and selection activities.

• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail.

• Work effectively and independently with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders and executives.

• Maintain knowledge of company programs, compensation practices, talent strategies, and relevant employment policies and practices to effectively support hiring decisions.
