Seeking a full cycle Recruiter to support our team to building pipelines and hire Investment Services accounting professionals (private equity/credit, hedge funds, real assets, alternative investments, fund accounting, administration). You will partner with business leaders and peer recruiters to define talent strategies, maintain pipelines for recurring roles, source niche profiles, and deliver an equitable, positive hiring experience
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions, with limited assistance from outside agencies. Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner. Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.
What you’ll do
• Own full cycle recruiting for investment services roles (Fund Accountant, Fund Admin, Senior Fund Accountant, Financial Reporting Analyst/Manager, Investor Allocation, CLO Deal/Admin), from strategy discussion through offer acceptance.
• Source talent using multichannel strategies (LinkedIn, expert communities, Boolean/X ray, referrals, graduates, alumni, etc.) and develop proactive silver medalist and evergreen pipelines.
• Guide hiring leaders on market availability, compensation signals, interview design, and decision quality.
• Manage candidate experience with timely communication, prep/coaching, and high touch closing strategies.
• Operate the process in Workday (or ATS of record): requisition hygiene, job postings, interview logistics, offer workflow, and onboarding hand offs; maintain data integrity.
• Partner cross functionally with HR, Compensation, Talent Intelligence, and business operations across Investment Services
