• 1–3 years' experience recruiting with demonstrated ability to effectively source, screen, and hire candidates with compliant practices
• Demonstrated experience adhering to compliant hiring practices and utilizing a consultative approach with hiring leaders and candidates
• Demonstrated ability to work with mid-level and senior leaders
• Strong PC skills, such as with the Microsoft Suite, applicant tracking systems, prospect management tools, and social media techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expert level on sourcing methods and techniques
• Proven cold calling ability and results

Job Duties
Immigration / Permanent Residency (Primary Focus)
• Assist with the coordination of employment-based permanent residency (PERM) processes from initiation through completion in partnership with external immigration counsel, HR, and business leaders.
• Manage PERM recruitment activities, including coordinating and executing the external advertising requirement, and ensuring all steps are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Evaluate and validate all applicants received through PERM recruitment efforts against minimum job qualifications, document lawful, job-related reasons for candidate disposition in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in communicating with internal stakeholders and immigration legal counsel, ensuring timely submission of required materials and responsiveness to inquiries.
• Track and manage immigration case timelines and deadlines; proactively follow up to ensure cases progress efficiently and can be closed.
• Manage and maintain centralized tracking systems for all immigration cases, providing visibility into status, risks, and upcoming deadlines.
Recruitment (Secondary Focus)
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using pipeline development, direct sourcing techniques, and creative methods to attract qualified talent.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by clearly articulating the client's value proposition, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Identify and escalate potential compliance or hiring risks, ensuring adherence to all employment policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the recruiting process, including building and developing sourcing strategies with pipeline/direct sourcing techniques while meeting quality, time, satisfaction, and compliance objectives.
• Deliver a positive experience to candidates, including articulating the client's value proposition. Provide the appropriate level of information about benefits provided and present a comprehensive overview of the client, the pertinent business line, and career opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with Hiring Leaders based on understanding staffing needs, identifying appropriate talent, and communicating proactively.
• Identify potential issues or concerns through understanding of HR compliance. Partner with Centers of Excellence and HRBP to understand affirmative action plans for business lines and develop recruitment strategies with hiring leaders to address deficiencies.
• Support employment-based permanent residency (green card) processes by partnering with employees, hiring leaders, HR, and external immigration counsel to ensure timely and compliant case progression.

Job Description
Responsible for supporting employment-based permanent residency (green card) processes while also delivering full cycle recruitment primarily in Technology and Operations. Lead and coordinate immigration-related recruitment activities, documentation, and compliance requirements in partnership with the Sr Manager-Talent Acquisition leader, legal counsel, hiring leaders, and HR partners. Additionally, source, assess, and select qualified candidates for strategic hiring needs in a cost-effective manner. Build strong relationships with Hiring Leaders and collaborate with internal business partners to ensure both immigration and talent acquisition objectives are met.
