Job Description


Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruiting, early careers, sourcing talent, coordination or similar work
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Comfortable with hands-on work and shifting priorities
• Adaptable and willing to take on a wide variety of tasks
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

Job Duties:
Sourcing and Candidate Engagement
• Support proactive sourcing efforts to identify and engage qualified candidates
• Conduct initial outreach screening and communication with candidates
• Share high level information about the company roles and opportunities
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update tracking systems as needed
• Attend career fair related events off-site

Recruiting Support
• Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews, preparing materials and managing candidate flow
• Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters and hiring leaders
• Support recruiting needs across Early Careers Field and Functional Recruiting
• Help ensure a consistent process and positive experience across different hiring teams

Administrative and Operational Support
• Prepare pack and ship materials for career fairs, recruiting events and internal programs
• Manage and inventory recruiting marketing materials and promotional items
• Assist with data entry reporting and process updates within recruiting systems

Partnership and Collaboration
• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners and cross-functional teams
• Build effective working relationships across the recruiting organization
• Support cross team initiatives and operational projects as needed

Job Summary
This role supports a broad range of recruiting needs across Early Careers and Functional Recruiting. This role blends sourcing, candidate outreach, coordination and hands on operational support. The person in this role must be adaptable and comfortable switching between administrative tasks, sourcing, resume screening, event preparation and candidate communication.
