Requirements:
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience in financial services, asset management, fund administration, or trust/corporate trust environments.
• Preferred experience recruiting Alternative Investments accounting talent.
• Ability to translate job requirements into validated competencies and structured interview guides aligned to role profiles and job families.
• Demonstrated success recruiting in high-demand, competitive markets (e.g., Hackensack, Boston) using creative sourcing and closing strategies.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean/search techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive-level communication, project management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• A clear commitment to candidate experience, inclusion, and regulatory compliance.
Job Duties:
• Own full-cycle recruiting for Alternative Investments accounting roles, including Fund Accountant, Senior Fund Accountant, Financial Reporting Analyst/Manager, Investor Allocation, and CLO Deal/Admin positions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to conduct intake sessions, clarify role requirements, and align on talent strategy, interview design, and decision quality.
• Source hard-to-find talent using multichannel strategies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, expert and professional communities, advanced Boolean/X-ray searches, referrals, alumni networks, and competitive market mapping.
• Build and maintain proactive evergreen and silver-medalist pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights to leaders on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring dynamics.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices, ensuring diverse candidate slates, skills-based assessments, and accessible interview experiences.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication, interview preparation and coaching, and high-touch closing strategies.
• Manage recruiting operations within Workday (or ATS of record), including requisition management, job postings, interview scheduling, offer workflow, onboarding handoffs, and data integrity.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting outcomes using TA analytics such as time-to-fill, stage pass-through rates, slate diversity, offer acceptance rates, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Compensation, Talent Intelligence, and Investment Services business operations teams.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled full-cycle Contract Recruiter with proven experience hiring Alternative Investments accounting professionals, including private equity and credit, hedge funds, real assets, and CLO administration.
