Job Description
Required Education
• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: College or university degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Experience Equivalent: 5-7 years of recruitment/human resources job-related experience.
Required Skills
• Recruitment Systems: Experience with recruitment applications such as Taleo and PeopleSoft.
• Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods, and channels to attract and qualify candidates.
• Workforce Analytics: Ability to analyze workforce data and metrics to support business decisions.
• MS Office: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Compliance: Experience handling sensitive information and managing background/reference check processes.
Job Responsibilities
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, sourcers, and candidates.
• Candidate Communication: Send interview information, required letters, and documentation to candidates.
• Pre-Hire Activities: Oversee the rollout of offer letters, contracts, background checks, drug screens, and security clearances.
• Data Management: Update recruitment applications (Taleo/PeopleSoft) and prepare new hire records for submission to HR Shared Services.
• Onboarding Support: Collect day-one paperwork and ensure documentation is forwarded for personnel file creation.
• Stakeholder Support: Assist and coordinate recruiting activities among Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters.
• Recruitment Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to discuss recruiting strategies and practices, leveraging data.
• Branding & Engagement: Participate in recruitment engagement events and campaigns for hard-to-fill roles.
• Reporting: Work with Talent Acquisition Partners to analyze trends and improve recruitment metrics.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, documentation, and compliance.
• Self-Starter/Initiative: Ability to work autonomously in a matrixed team environment.
• Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks effectively.
• Thoroughness: Ensuring all steps of the recruitment cycle are completed correctly.
Disqualifiers / Red Flags
• Short Tenure: History of short stints at previous jobs without a strong, justifiable reason.
• Lack of Accountability: Inability to demonstrate ownership or accountability for tasks in previous roles.
• Volume Experience Gap: Lack of experience in a high-volume recruiting or processing environment (since this is a key requirement).
• Schedule Inflexibility: Inability to travel 0-25% of the time (specifically to the Lafayette facility). - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
