* 6–10 years of relevant recruiting experience

* Full cycle recruitment experience

* Experience recruiting for banking roles including investment banking commercial banking and corporate banking

* Experience working within a large complex financial services organization

* Experience working within a consultative recruiting model

* Experience sourcing talent through social media channels

* Experience with complex compensation structures and relocation assistance packages

* Experience using Workday

Responsibilities

* Partner with hiring managers and colleagues to manage the full cycle recruitment process

* Develop and execute employee referral sourcing diversity and talent acquisition strategies

* Source applicants and screen resumes

* Interview and assess candidates

* Provide talent acquisition advice to hiring stakeholders

* Facilitate feedback with key stakeholders and provide timely status updates

* Recommend and negotiate candidate offers through proactive offer management

* Provide rationale for proposed offer terms

* Research competitors and peer organizations

* Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities

* Ensure hiring policies and procedures are followed throughout the recruitment process

* Administer recruiting best practices throughout the recruitment process

* Assess risk when making business decisions with consideration for organizational reputation and client interests

* Safeguard organizational assets through appropriate recruiting practices

* Drive compliance with applicable laws rules and regulations

* Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal conduct and business practices

* Escalate manage and report control issues with transparency
