Job Description
Descriptions:
• Support recruitment operations and contingent talent processes.
• Assist with sourcing candidates for faculty, academic, and intern positions.
• Manage and track recruitment-related invoices.
• Coordinate recruitment projects and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain and seek valuable sourcing contacts in higher education and medical school industry.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate examinations, travel arrangements, and reporting dates as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet recruitment needs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
• The Junior Recruiter will support recruitment operations and projects for the School of Medicine HR Office.
• Responsibilities include assisting with contingent talent processes, managing invoices, sourcing candidates, and supporting faculty, academic recruitment, and intern programs.
• This role provides direct support to the Talent Acquisition Recruiter and ensures smooth execution of recruitment initiatives.
Required Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience required.
• Proven ability to source, attract, and screen candidates for exempt and nonexempt positions.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
Preferred Experience:
• Experience meeting with internal and external clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in academic or healthcare recruitment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
