We are seeking a high performing Recruiter to support hiring across our branch and small business banking teams, with an additional focus on sourcing and hiring Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs). This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver proactive, data informed recruiting strategies that support growth in competitive markets.

The ideal candidate brings strong sales recruiting experience, thrives in a fast paced environment, and excels at building trusted partnerships that influence outcomes and drive results.



Responsibilities:

• Business Partnership & Talent Advisory

1. Partner closely with branch, small business, and mortgage leaders to understand workforce needs, market dynamics, and hiring priorities

2. Act as a trusted advisor by identifying areas of opportunity, influencing hiring decisions, and recommending creative recruiting solutions

3. Translate business goals into effective recruiting strategies that support both short term volume and long term talent pipelines

• Full Cycle Recruiting

1. Manage full cycle recruiting for branch, small business, and mortgage sales roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support

2. Ensure a high quality, compliant, and candidate centric hiring experience throughout the process

• Sales & Passive Candidate Sourcing

1. Proactively source passive candidates, particularly for Mortgage Loan Originator and sales oriented roles, using a variety of tools and techniques

2. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard to fill and competitive markets

3. Leverage market insights to advise leaders on candidate availability, compensation competitiveness, and time to fill expectations

• Technology & Data

1. Utilize recruiting technology to manage workflows, track progress, and analyze recruiting outcomes

2. Preference for experience with Workday and/or Phenom; alternatively, experience working with large scale HCM and/or CRM platforms

3. Use data and reporting to identify trends, improve processes, and inform recruiting strategies

• Collaboration & Innovation

1. Work collaboratively with recruiting peers and cross functional partners to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

2. Bring innovative, proactive ideas to improve candidate attraction, sourcing strategies, and hiring efficiency

3. Contribute positively to a team oriented culture that values partnership, accountability, and shared success
