Job Description

Dress code: Business Casual Attire’, which is more relaxed in style and may include a blouse, slacks/trousers, dress, open-collared dress shirt, and a sweater may be permissible for other in-person interactions.

Job Requirements:
• 1+ years of prior switchboard experience.
• MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.
• Looking for someone with Previous experience in an office setting.
• Excellently skilled in customer service, and written and verbal communication. Customer Service is paramount.
• Very Organized, and able to adhere to deadlines.
• On a daily basis they will be Manning the Reception desk and answering calls.
• Before transferring calls, will need to ask questions to the caller and provide a summary when announcing calls to the recipient.
• Sending internal email correspondence.
• Maintaining several conference rooms to ensure they are kept neat with supplies at all times and assisting with supply orders.
• Assist with maintaining a Site Operating Procedures document as necessary.
• There is some standing, lifting, and walking involved but nothing extensive.
• Will require lifting incoming Packages from FedEx & UPS.
• There will be another team member onsite to help lift heavier items.
• Typical requirement for this position is 10-20 lbs.. No driving is required.


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greets the public.
• Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
• Schedules meeting rooms for all.
• Answers and transfers calls from all over the United States.
• Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events.
• Performs light Administrative duties.
• Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed.
• Acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
• Responsible for the timely updates of the following: Company phone and speed dial lists, Brag Board, and Company Calendar.
• Responsible for updating the automated messaging center daily.
• Assists Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks (envelope labels, compiling manuals, etc.). Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and distributing promotional items for the Promotional Store.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
