Job Description
Key Qualifications
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Familiarity with Client products.
• Experience in customer service.
• Professional presence works well with all levels of internal and external contacts with professionalism.
• Strong time management.
• Must be able to pick up 45 lbs.
• Previous gym experience is preferred.
Role Overview:
• The ideal greeter loves conversing with members and is willing to go above and beyond by learning members’ names and greeting everyone with a warm smile and eye contact. They should be willing to fill in as needed for mornings, nights, and weekend shifts. A greeter presents a positive first impression of the fitness center's friendliness, excellent customer service, and high standards.
• Greeting incoming and departing members warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
• Escorting members to massage and other appointments.
• Assisting members in person with unlocking lockers, as well as operating remotely. lockbox over the phone, troubleshooting as needed.
• Observing members’ needs.
