- Experience with communicating with managers
Preferred Skills:
- Previous financial industry experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
Receptionist Overview:
This role will work with the Personal Banking Manager and other Senior Personal Bankers.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Banking Team on the lobby Front Desk to take on administrative tasks such as greeting walk-in clients, directing the clients to the appropriate Personal Banker, and answering the phone
- Additionally, the role will include setting up for various partner/banker meetings
- Sit at Front Desk – First Point of Contact when client enters building and greeting them upon arrival
- Directing Walk-In Traffic to appropriate partner to assist with the transaction(s)
- First point of contact for Main Line incoming calls and get client to the appropriate partner
- Set up meetings for various meeting as needed
- Multiple admin tasks from the Personal Banking Manager
