Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (required)
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems and routing calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate conference rooms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• Experience in administrative or office support functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
• Experience supporting internal office operations (not call center environments)

Receptionist Overview
The Receptionist is responsible for providing front desk support and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors, employees, and vendors. This role includes managing incoming calls, coordinating office activities, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This is a temporary assignment supporting coverage during a leave of absence.

Job Duties
• Greet visitors, candidates, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, route calls to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages
• Provide a positive first impression of the organization at the front desk
• Schedule conference rooms and coordinate meeting logistics
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, document handling, and application processing
• Coordinate deliveries, food orders, and transportation arrangements when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Use Outlook and Teams for scheduling, communication, and document management
• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
