Job Description
Required Qualifications
• Must have Highschool Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer and/or clerical experience.
• 1+ year of experience managing and coordinating travel arrangements, lunch orders, RSVPs and sorting/delivering mail.
• 1+ year experience managing an office to include open/close, office supplies, checking printers, organization, and cleanliness
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of customer and/or clerical experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience of proficient use of Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word
• 2+ year call center phone experience or receptionist experience
• Ability to multitask
• lift up to 30 lbs

Overview:
This serves as the first point of contact for the public who attend or visit the Center, It is one of two part-time receptionists that will work in shifts to cover front desk, greet members and is Responsible for all reception duties including registering new members, tracking their attendance, plus coordinating Transportation. Will also assist with prepping, packaging, distribution of meals, and may be requested to make wellness calls to members to ensure their safety and well-being. Not filling this position could lead to decreased customer satisfaction for both the Center and the adjacent Optum Clinic, loss of new enrollments and higher telephone abandonment rate.
