• Ability to manage daily workloads independently and seek guidance when priorities conflict

• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting multiple departments in a corporate office environment

• Previous experience with procurement processes, purchase orders, or expense reconciliation

• Experience working in a healthcare, technology, or regulated industry

• Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with senior executives and external stakeholders

Job Summary:



• First Databank (FDB) is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.

• This role is critical to ensuring a welcoming, secure, and well-organized office environment while providing administrative and operational support to the Facilities, Marketing, and Human Resources teams.

• The ideal candidate is professional, detail oriented, service driven, and thrives in a collaborative healthcare information technology environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting all employees and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Answer and manage the main phone line; route incoming calls to appropriate personnel

• Interface daily with employees, clients, vendors, and senior level executives

• Maintain workplace security by issuing, collecting, and tracking visitor badges and maintaining visitor logs

• Manage front desk operations, including conference room setup and general office organization

• Receive, sort, distribute, and ship all incoming and outgoing mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, GSO, etc.)

• Process mail daily, ensuring accurate and timely delivery and shipment

• Order, organize, and maintain office supplies; create purchase requisitions and assist with purchase orders

• Support the procurement process, including purchase orders and reconciliation of purchase cards

• Assist the Office Manager and various departments with administrative and operational tasks as needed

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time
