Job Description
Required Education:
• BS degree in science degree such as chemistry.
Description:
The main responsibility of the contractor is to assist the Core Analytical lab analysis by preparing samples, performing chemical and physical analysis of beverage, concentrate and food samples under the direction of lab manager and senior members of the team. The daily work includes preparing chemical solutions, preparing beverage and food samples, performing sample dilutions as needed, performing wet chemistry analysis such as pH, TA, density, Brix, CO2 analysis, color analysis, and supporting other tasks assigned by lab manager.
• Good computer skills.
• MS Word and Excel etc.
• Must be a team player, well organized and detail oriented in performing lab work to ensure data quality of the analysis.
• Will consider all qualified candidates with good learning skills and good communication skills.
• Must be able to follow lab safety procedure and good lab practices.
