Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related scientific field.
Qualifications
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and data entry in LIMS or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise procedures.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to commit to the entire project duration.
• Recent graduates with strong internship or laboratory experience will be considered.
The Quality Control Laboratory Technician supports analytical and sensory quality control of flavor and beverage products. This role performs a variety of chemical and physical tests using established and advanced analytical methods to ensure products meet required specifications. The technician prepares reagents, manages sample flow through the laboratory system, and collaborates closely with both the Global Flavor QC and Core Analytical teams to maintain the highest standards of product integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Analytical Testing & Laboratory Operations
• Perform chemical and physical testing on flavor and beverage samples using standard and specialized analytical techniques.
• Prepare and maintain chemical reagents, solutions, and sample dilutions required for testing.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and all laboratory safety protocols at all times.
Sample Management
• Receive and log incoming samples in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Pair flavor samples with appropriate control samples for comparative testing.
• Return and store samples and controls in proper refrigerated conditions.
• Archive flavor samples for long-term storage using barcode scanning and digital tracking.
Sensory & Quality Support
• Assist in setting up sensory panels for quality control analysis.
• Collaborate with Global Flavor QC and Core Analytical teams to support testing schedules and project timelines.
Documentation & Reporting
• Accurately record, interpret, and report test data according to lab protocols.
• Maintain detailed and organized electronic and physical lab records.
