Job Description
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Cross-functional experience
• Great technical writing skills are preferred
• Detail Oriented
• 1-3 yrs of experience in the Medical Device industry or other regulated industry
• Complaint investigations
• Strong communication skills
• SAP experience is preferred
• Track-wise experience is preferred

Job Duties:
• Writing up customer complaint investigations for medical devices
• Tracking investigation to closure
• Draft customer feedback letters
• Going through 100+ investigations or customer feedback letters per week
