Job Description
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 5 years of experience OR Master's degree in Engineering with 3 years of experience

Required Skills for the IT Quality/Test Engineer:
- Problem Solving

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports
- Previous experience with computer applications and software related to SAP QM, Microsoft Office suite

IT Quality/Test Engineer Overview:
The main function of a Quality Engineer is to research and evaluate Non-Conforming Material (NCM) reports from Company facilities; Collaborate between facilities Quality team and Suppliers Supplier Developmeht Engineer (SDE) to evaluate to Company Quality standards to disposition material and if needed drive Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA). A typical Quality Engineer has the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and evaluate product integrity and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Review NCM from assigned facilities assuring standards set in MQ4006 are documented
- Collaborate with SDE’s and facilities to ensure timely disposition of NCM’s and robust RCCA’s are implemented
- Track open NCM’s and host weekly meetings to review open NCM’s as well as review dispositioned NCM’s
- Maintain monthly score card for Connection Components Procurement Quality group
