• Degree Requirement: Four-year technical degree (Engineering or Technology).
• Years of Experience: 3-7 years (depending on BS or MS).
• Internship Policy: Yes, internships are accepted as job experience.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead Testing Projects: Plan, set up, execute, and analyze hydraulic component and system testing from start to finish.
• Research & Design: Research, design, develop, and test mechanical devices (tools, engines, machines).
• Failure Investigation: Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make recommendations.
• Feasibility Analysis: Research and analyze customer design proposals and specifications to determine time and cost feasibility.
• Collaboration: Assist drafters in developing structural designs using CAD and related software.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
