• HS Diploma or GED
Education Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering discipline.
Required Skills:
• 2+ years in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required, and additional software/activities can be trained.
• Seeking Candidates who are Team based and have Shop Floor experience.
• Metatarsals boots are REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
• Use quality tools and practices to establish approval criteria to ensure the identification of quality concerns.
• Investigating unit quality related issues and concerns related to product and processes, gathering and analyzing data, resolving/facilitating resolution and implementing corrective action.
• Provide work direction to inspectors on containment, quality procedures and tools to monitor critical processes.
• Facilitate quality-related discussions with internal and external customers to drive corrective action.
• Generate monthly quality reports for monitoring metrics and participate in management reviews.
• Help to identify Continuous Improvement projects (CI).
• 50-75% of time will be spent on Shop Floors - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
