Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Required Skills for the Product Service Consultant:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Customer focus, problem solving, technical excellence
- Project management experience.
- Experience supporting technology in an industrial or production environment.
- Experience utilizing Azure, Linux, SQL Server, TCP/IP networking
- Familiar with schematics
- Technical Excellence: Product Support experience. Field experience is a plus, and mining experience will set you apart.
- Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.

Product Service Consultant Overview:
As Product Service Consultant, you will have a significant impact on overall product quality and customer experience for Company technologies. This role will provide support and service engineering services which include product validation, investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing application and technical problems. With an emphasis in project management, internal and external relations.
Responsibilities:
- Support deliverable execution for New Product Introduction and Continuous Product Improvement processes for Technologies offerings.
- Continuous Product Improvement: Evaluate defect in production products
- Advance support for external customer: Audit customer software and hardware configuration to enhance system performance
- New Product Introduction (NPI) projects: Create documentation; Validate form, fit and function of newly developed products
- Continuous Product Improvement: Evaluate defect in production products
- Advance support for internal and external customer: Triage escalations to restore customer production system
