Job Description
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with coursework in Thermodynamics/Fluid Dynamics (Aerospace, Mechanical, or related)
Experience:
• 5–7 years of relevant experience (internship experience accepted)
• Background as a Cooling Test Engineer or similar role preferred
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of thermodynamic systems
• Experience with instrumentation (thermocouples, pressure transducers, flow meters)
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Proficiency with engineering software (e.g., CAD)
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, set up, execute, and analyze tests for product integrity and standards
• Develop sampling procedures and quality reporting systems
• Evaluate precision of production and testing equipment
• Train team members on quality control processes
• Collaborate with Cooling Engineers and Machine Validation Engineers to review designs, prepare instrumentation, run tests, and communicate results
• Support experienced engineers in test setup and execution while taking ownership of small to medium projects

• Comfortable with hands-on, physical work (climbing machines, using hand tools)

• Hands-on role in both indoor and outdoor test environments

• Collaborative workflow with machine engineers and design teams
• Some schedule flexibility based on test demands
