Job Description
Note: Onsite 5 days a week for 90 day training. Hybrid afterwards could be potential depending on key factors.

Job Duties
• Monitor and evaluate quality of work against timeliness, accuracy, and productivity standards
• Document quality issues, performance measures, and improvement opportunities for management review
• Provide information to assist with employee training and feedback
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Independently analyze complex cases requiring high-level analysis and expertise
• Verify processing of shareholder transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze new account setups and account maintenance
• Review shareholder correspondence for clarity, grammar, and accuracy
• Review Contact Center transactions for caller verification
• Communicate discrepancies to appropriate teams and resolve quality control issues
• Maintain group work standards for volume and accuracy
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support ISO 9001 quality standards

Typical Day
• Review and verify shareholder transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct quality reviews on account setups, maintenance, and transaction processing
• Analyze complex cases that may fall outside standard procedures
• Identify and document quality issues or discrepancies
• Communicate findings to relevant teams and help resolve issues
• Assist with training insights and performance feedback based on quality metrics
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while managing multiple tasks
