Job Description
Only qualified Quality Assurance specialist candidates located near the San Antonio, TX area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
Required Education
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Business Quality Management or related field preferred
Required Experience
• 2+ years of quality assurance or similar experience
• Experience with auditing or call/chat monitoring
• Experience using scorecards for performance evaluations
• Experience with data tracking reporting and feedback delivery
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Excel Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 Outlook
• Experience using MS Forms
• Experience with quality monitoring tools
Soft Skills

Responsibilities
• Monitor and evaluate interactions for quality standards
• Perform QA evaluations using MS Forms
• Track and report results
• Communicate outcomes and provide feedback/coaching
• Maintain QA metrics and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with training teams and management to address performance gaps
• Prepare detailed quality reports
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with quality standards across operations
Shift Notes
• Hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Friday
• Standard business hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CT
