Job Description
Required:
Project Quality Management Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in Quality roles within project environments (EPC, OEM, or large engineering projects).
• Experience managing:
o Quality deliverables in complex, global projects.
o Supplier quality and contract quality clauses.
o Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and deviation approvals.
o Customer audits and inspections.


Position Summary:
• The Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP) is responsible for supporting and providing competent advice to the Project Manager in all Quality aspects throughout the lifetime of the projects within the Compression Business, which comprises compressor plants and their components for all application in the international oil & gas industry.
• The QMiP acts as a single point of contact within the project team towards customer and stake holders and checks that the project quality is as expected by the customer under consideration specific Contract and all applicable rules and regulations for the Country of installation. This includes securing that requirements are entered into the design and build of the project; tests and inspections are done to prove the fulfilment and that the project adheres to the applicable processes.
• On Project level, leading and coordinating a globally located team of supporting Quality functions will be integral part of your daily responsibilities and routines.
• The QMiP also supports in the bid preparation stage by reviewing customer quality related specifications and providing comments and exceptions with budget estimations.

The specific responsibilities assigned to this position (but not limited to) also include:
• Review customer contract & specification during project for quality aspects like (country specific) certifications, product safety etc.
• Support the PM in presenting deviations to customer and obtain approvals for NCRs
• Ensure proper documentation to prove resolution of punch items
• Review quality items in supplier contracts, incl supplier ITP
• Coordinate Quality Plans for Project (including project ITP)
• Monitor the fulfilment of the project requirements
• Participate in PACT workshops to raise & communicate quality risks
• Participate in Risk & Opportunity Assessments (ROA) and updates.
• Support Customer through creation of Site Quality Plans
• Attend inspections and tests as required or requested
• Support and monitor Quality Gates
• Support customer audits for the project and secures that applicable processes are adhered to
• Release final Quality Documentation package for customer
• Support the Lessons Learned process (capture and implement)
