Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Proven experience in process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection to ensure product quality and defect prevention.
• Strong ability to analyse test data, quality reports, and defective products, identify trends, and recommend effective corrective actions
Quality Assurance Engineer Job Duties:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, controls, and inspection procedures to ensure products meet design and performance requirements
• Design, install, and operate testing equipment; execute product testing and analysis to minimize defects and failure rates.
• Analyse quality data, test results, and nonconforming products to identify root causes, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Recommend and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product reliability and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues and support supplier quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements through thorough documentation and reporting.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, applying engineering judgment and attention to detail in day-to-day quality decisions.
