• Experience performing quality assurance testing for software applications
• Ability to conduct business analysis and requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews
• Proven ability to create detailed and well-structured test cases based on requirements and user feedback
• Hands-on experience executing test cases and validating system functionality against defined quality standards
• Experience documenting, tracking, and managing defects through resolution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and recommend solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High attention to detail to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accurate defect reporting
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with testing and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar platforms

Position Overview
Selected candidates will join a project team responsible for implementing a new, statewide Voter Registration System.
The new solution will replace multiple legacy systems across both county and state environments, creating a unified, modern platform. This is a large-scale, multi-year initiative requiring close collaboration among state agencies, county officials, and technology vendors.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and readiness of the system for production use. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
