Job Description
***Only qualified Quality Assurance Specialist candidates located near Covington, GA are to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence 2 to 3 days in office, 2 to 3 days remote***



Required Education

* Bachelor's degree Bachelors in Business Quality Management or related field preferred



Required Experience

* Two or more years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role

* Experience performing quality evaluations, auditing or call and chat monitoring preferred

* Experience using performance scorecards to evaluate quality

* Experience tracking reporting and analyzing quality data

* Experience delivering coaching and performance feedback

* Experience supporting process improvement initiatives

* Experience working in a high volume fast paced environment



Technical Skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

* Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10

* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Outlook

* Experience using Microsoft Forms

* SAP experience preferred

* JDE experience preferred

* i5 experience preferred

* HighRadius experience preferred

* Knowledge of quality monitoring tools

* Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards

* Strong reporting and documentation skills

* Perform quality assurance evaluations using Microsoft Forms

* Monitor interactions for compliance with quality standards

* Track analyze and report quality results

* Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance

* Maintain quality metrics documentation and records

* Develop and improve quality assurance processes and guidelines

* Collaborate with training teams management and cross functional teams

* Prepare quality reports for management and stakeholders

* Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

* Manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
