Job Description
Only qualified Quality Assurance specialist candidates located near the Tempe AZ area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence 4 days in office and 1 day remote

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Business Quality Management or related field preferred

Required Experience
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or similar role
• Prior quality assurance auditing or call/chat monitoring experience
• Experience evaluating performance against standards or scorecards
• Experience providing feedback or coaching to employees
• Ability to manage high volumes of work with accuracy and consistency

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Excel Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 Outlook
• Experience with Microsoft Forms PowerPoint and data tracking/reporting
• Proficiency with quality monitoring tools

Responsibilities
• Complete QA evaluations using MS Forms
• Track results in the QA tracker
• Communicate outcomes to agents and supervisors
• Respond to questions and feedback related to evaluations
• Update weekly QA metrics
• Hold feedback sessions for agents below target
• Support QA documentation and continuous improvement practices
• Monitor and evaluate interactions for adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with training teams and management to address performance gaps
• Prepare detailed quality reports
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Public Notes
• Hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite
• Monday through Friday schedule 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM AZ time
• High volume workload requiring accuracy and consistency
