Job Description
Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
UAT Lead

What we’re looking for:
We are seeking an experienced UAT Lead to advance our UAT capability within GCX (Global Customer Experience).
You’re an experienced UAT Lead who is able to lead UAT across multiple projects at a time. You’re an excellent communicator, capable of leading a team through planning and execution of UAT. You know how to build strong relationships with your cross-functional partners in order to understand project goals and user needs. You’re well known for your UAT leadership and high-quality execution, and everyone on the team looks to you for your stewardship and mentorship.

Who you’ll be working with:
You’ll work closely with partners across our GCX (Global Customer Experience) org, Service Design, Service Readiness, Project and Portfolio teams as well as our Tech partners across Content, Product, Engineering.

Responsibilities
• Provide best practices and recommendations on UAT frameworks
• Evolve UAT framework, process and toolkits
• Provide coaching and mentorship to develop UAT capability
• Coordinate UAT execution across multiple projects with various scope and complexity
• Facilitate Triage, status and sign-off forums
Requirements
• Expert in UAT planning and execution with 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with designers, product managers, developers and project teams to deliver great experiences
• Act as coach and mentor to develop UAT capability
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Customer Service and Contact Center experience is a plus
