•Test Case & Test Plan Development: Proven ability to design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases/plans.

•Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Ability to clearly document issues and work effectively with engineering and QA teams.



Nice-to-Have Skills

•Experience with Dashboarding Tools & Quality Metrics: Ability to set up and maintain dashboards for tracking QA progress.



Minimum Years of Experience

As a Quality Assurance Contractor, you will be instrumental in maintaining product quality by executing and enhancing testing procedures, collaborating closely with engineering and QA leadership, and supporting the successful delivery of high-quality features. This role is intended for professionals capable of operating autonomously, contributing to test strategy, and assuming responsibility for execution within defined parameters.



Responsibilities

•Execute both manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.

•Replicate, thoroughly document, and triage software defects; engage with the engineering team to facilitate resolution.

•Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and detailed test plans.

•Assist QA leads in driving the overall test strategy and the creation of test plans.

•Establish and maintain dashboards to monitor quality metrics and track

•Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and SQL.

•Innovative Testing Techniques: Experience with benchmarking, battery testing, and model/safety testing.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities

•Execute manual/automated tests

•Document and triage defects

•Develop and maintain test cases/plans

•Monitor quality metrics via dashboards

•Lead test efforts for small/medium projects

•Support release readiness and audits

•Collaborate with engineering and QA teams

•Possibly doing some audits
