Required Education:
• Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Extensive experience in procurement, contract management, or business process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong working knowledge of contract terms, procurement processes, and supplier negotiation dynamics
• Proven experience collaborating with Legal, and Learning & Development teams
• Expertise in translating complex subject matter into clear, structured, and actionable training content
• Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and tracking execution
• 10 or more years of Procurement experience

Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Experience in utility, regulated, or large enterprise procurement environments
• Experience developing training for procurement agents or contract professionals
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with ability to influence at multiple organizational levels


Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert responsible for leading the development, compilation, approval, and execution of procurement training programs (~70%) and applying advanced business process improvement principles to design standardized, scalable, repeatable solutions that enhance procurement capability, contract literacy, and organizational effectiveness (~30%)
• Operates with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence; this role will partner closely with Procurement leadership and the internal Enterprise Learning & Development (EL&D) team to deliver structured, enterprise-aligned training programs and with Procurement stakeholders in resolving pain points
• The role will focus on translating procurement policies, contract frameworks, and best practices into practical, accessible learning experiences and process documentation that improve performance and reduce contractual and operational risk (Note: Procurement wants to focus on practical application and action-heavy training, not lecture-based formats.)
