3. Agency, Corporate, or Nonprofit Collaboration
• Professional background in agency, corporate, or nonprofit environments, with a strong track record of cross-organizational collaboration and coordinating joint programs or campaigns.

• Strong understanding of the US policy landscape, particularly within technology, government, or nonprofit sectors.

Overview:
Seeking a Public Policy Manager to coordinate and build policy programs that showcase the value of the company platforms and products to policymakers and other key audiences in the US. This role involves working across diverse content, policy, and product areas to advance company goals by developing and supporting initiatives that educate and inform stakeholders.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the policy landscape and experience collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners. This detail-oriented, creative, and proactive professional thrives in a fast-paced environment, earning credibility and trust at all organizational levels. They are skilled at navigating complex policy and reputation challenges and are passionate about the company's mission.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, create, and execute policy experiences, events, and outreach programs to educate and inform policy stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Policy, Product, Legal, Communications, and Partnerships to advance company policy goals.
• Build and manage partnerships with external stakeholders; represent the organization at events, conferences, coalition meetings, and working groups.
• Support engagement with policymakers, trade associations, industry partners, key opinion makers, non-profits, and other groups.
• Prepare executives for meetings and public appearances involving third-party groups and stakeholders.
• Develop and lead internal processes to streamline team workflows and enhance cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Manage and track budget for specific programs
• Develop and write a wide range of communications and policy materials
• Develop and track against metrics to measure success of programs and report back to leadership with progress
• Travel as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in government, technology, policy, or nonprofit sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience engaging with policy stakeholders.
• Experience managing policy programs and events.
• Knowledge of the federal and/or state policy-making processes.
• Proven communications and decision-making skills along with project management skills
• Candidates should be creative-first thinkers, with an ability to ideate and execute
