Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital experience, product strategy, or a related field

• Expertise in B2C e-commerce and/or digital strategy including familiarity with customer journey mapping and customer behavior analysis

• Experience planning, executing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research into actionable recommendations

• Ability to author clear, compelling briefs and present complex findings to senior leadership with exceptional storytelling (Keynote/PowerPoint proficiency required)

• Hands-on experience with data analysis and related tools: Excel, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively problem-solve amidst ambiguity, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously

• Proven ability to influence and align teams across functions and levels; experience leading through influence without direct authority

• Experience with project or program management and partnering cross functionally to execute from strategic inception to launch and maintenance.

Client Store Online’s Digital Experience team is seeking a skilled Experience Strategy & Delivery professional to support key initiatives for Client Store Online’s shopping experiences. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how millions of customers discover, learn, and purchase Client products and accessories. You will be joining a team of strategists responsible for understanding customer needs through research, insights and analysis, advocating for experiences that will bring delight and partnering cross-functionally to plan and launch those experiences. You are a self-starter with expertise in e-commerce, digital experience, or product strategy. You are skilled in user research, and data-driven decision making. You thrive in ambiguous environments, excel at synthesizing complex information into compelling narratives, and have a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams through strategic thinking and exceptional communication.



Job Duties:

• Plan, design, and execute insight initiatives to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities across Client Store Online experiences

• Analyze shopper behavior, competitive landscapes, and internal performance data to identify actionable recommendations and business opportunities

• Audit and evaluate content types, customer journeys, and digital experience approaches; synthesize findings into frameworks and recommendations

• Create detailed, compelling strategic briefs that clearly outline business priorities, opportunities, and performance insights for cross-functional partners

• Distill highly complex issues and ambiguous requirements into clean, focused, understandable recommendations

• Develop comprehensive analysis and reporting cadences to track performance metrics, trends, and business impact across shopping experiences

• Bring intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to deeply understand Client's shopping ecosystem, customer behaviors, and market dynamics

• Partner effectively with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Engineering, and Senior Leadership to make recommendations, validate assumptions, gather feedback, and drive alignment

• Drive launch execution and post-launch performance monitoring to ensure shopping experience improvements deliver expected business outcomes and customer satisfaction
