Job Description
Certified PMP Certificate or recognized project manager curriculum is required at the time of submission. This posting is for Wisconsin based candidates only (or those willing to relocate to Wisconsin within 30 days of the start date). Candidates that are not located in Wisconsin or not willing to relocate within that timeframe will not be considered and should not be submitted. All work must be done in Wisconsin.

Local candidates preferred. This position is currently remote. However, position status is subject to change. (90% remote 10% onsite as needed) Onsite work is not likely, but candidate should be prepared to come onsite if required.

Required Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.

Required Certification:
• Certified PMP Certificate or recognized project manager curriculum

• Development of Project Artefacts (plan, charter, status reports, etc.) (10 Years)
• Prepare Written Reports (7 Years)
• Strong Communication Skills (7 Years)
• Prepare Executive Briefings (5 Years)
• MS Project or equivalent (5 Years)

Responsibilities:
• Project management functions across all assigned projects, including oversight of work plans, timelines, and evaluation efforts
• External & internal stakeholder engagement – communicate project status to Department Management Teams, workgroups, providers, and advocacy organizations
• Develop automated tools to streamline internal processes and make project development and execution efforts more efficient
• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts
• Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations
• Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers
• Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed
• Assists program manager(s) in partnering with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise
