Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), preferred



Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager

• Strong facilitation skills with experience leading meetings and executive-level discussions

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously

• Experience delivering program and portfolio reporting to senior leadership

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities

• Ability to work onsite four days per week



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating in large, cross-functional enterprise environments

• Prior experience working with Salesforce-related initiatives or similar platforms

• Familiarity with steering committee governance models

• Experience supporting change management and organizational readiness activities

• Background leading or mentoring project managers within large programs



Key Responsibilities:



Program & Project Leadership

• Build, own, and maintain end-to-end project plans, ensuring tasks, milestones, timelines, and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked

• Lead recurring project meetings, including agenda preparation, facilitation, action item assignment, and follow-through on deliverables

• Monitor programs and oversee project managers to ensure scope, schedule, and objectives are met

• Identify, assess, escalate, and proactively resolve risks and issues in coordination with cross-functional teams

• Clearly articulate and prioritize risks and issues for senior executive audiences, including recommendations for mitigation strategies

• Establish and facilitate program steering committees and stakeholder forums

• Provide project, program, and portfolio-level reporting to senior executive and multi-stakeholder audiences



Stakeholder Management

• Partner with cross-functional business units, including Salesforce, WMHS, and WM

• Translate complex technical and business information into concise, clear communications for stakeholders at all levels

• Build strong working relationships to enable collaboration and seamless program execution

• Work effectively and positively with a diverse group of stakeholders, leaders, and contributors across the organization



Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine, and validate business and program requirements

• Create, document, and maintain project artifacts, including requirements documentation, process flows, status reports, and decision logs



Execution Excellence

• Track and report program progress against plans, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation efforts

• Support testing cycles, readiness assessments, and change management activities as required
