Job Description
***Only qualified Analytic Project Manager candidates located near Dallas, TX to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***

Required Qualifications / Experience

• Demonstrated experience producing executive-ready narratives, dashboards/readouts, and decision memos for senior leadership audiences.

• Experience operating within large, matrixed programs and collaborating across product, engineering, operations, customer care, finance, and data teams without direct authority.

• Telecom BSS fluency across domains such as billing, ordering, provisioning, product catalog, customer care, and rating/charging (depth can vary; must be conversationally fluent).

• Migration program experience (e.g., cutover readiness, cohort/wave execution, defect triage, risk/issue logs, runbooks).

• Strong operational metrics instincts: understands leading/lagging indicators (e.g., order fallout, provisioning success, billing accuracy, call drivers, backlog aging).

• Excellent writing skills: 1-pagers, weekly status narratives, and pre-reads that stand alone without additional explanation.

• High resilience and professionalism: calm under pressure, reliable delivery under tight timelines, and strong quality judgment.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Power BI and/or Tableau hands-on build experience (not required, but beneficial).

• Modern data stack experience (Databricks, SQL, notebooks, Delta concepts; jobs/workflows).

• Experience with Databricks Genie or similar governed natural-language analytics experiences.

• Practical GenAI usage for reporting workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Produce a consistent executive reporting cadence (weekly status, SteerCo/MBR/QBR packs, pre-reads) with a clear “what’s true / what’s changing / what we need” storyline.

• Create decision-support materials: frame options, tradeoffs, recommendations, and consequences of delay.

• Connect customer experience, operational health, and delivery risk into a single coherent migration health narrative.

• Enable executive presenters by preparing briefing packs, speaker notes, key messages, “if-asked” backup detail, and anticipated Q&A.

• Partner with BI developers to shape executive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), ensuring clarity, usability, and story-driven design; ability to build visualizations is a plus.

• Define and govern KPIs (including R/Y/G thresholds) and maintain a metric glossary to prevent multiple versions of the truth.

• Drive strong dashboard interpretation and impact callouts, e.g.,

• Off track: what it means for readiness/customer experience

• Delayed: downstream impact to cutover dates, volumes, and operational load

• At risk: leading indicators and mitigation path

• Document and maintain data sources, definitions, refresh cadence, transformations, and lineage; clearly communicate what’s in/out of scope for reported metrics.

• Validate data quality via anomaly detection, reconciliation checks, and transparent documentation of assumptions/limitations.

• Run cross-team intake and validation cycles: gather inputs from contributing teams, reconcile conflicts, and iterate quickly as conditions change.

• Navigate stakeholder feedback with strong judgment and political EQ—incorporate feedback when appropriate and clearly explain when/why inputs will not be actioned (scope, data validity, timing, decision rights).

• Convert conflicting opinions into a prioritized set of issues/risks with owners, dates, next actions—avoiding unproductive churn.

  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**

  • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
