Overview:
• This role leads a cross-functional team to implement the MDR requirements for the Arlington manufacturing site.
• The MDR project manager will lead the team in development and execution of the project management plan, identifies risks and mitigation strategies, and keeps stakeholders updated on progress.
Job Duties:
• Lead the team in the development of the project management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project
• Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope; review with manager for approval. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure
• Develop and manage the detailed project schedule. Analyze critical path and major workstreams
• Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan
• Estimate, acquire and assign project team resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member
