JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plans organize and manage all project management activities for agency wide initiatives as an experienced agency project manager
• Demonstrate project management expertise in both traditional and agile methodologies and influence project team compliance with industry best practices
• Manage the overall planning execution and delivery of multiple projects in parallel Control scope and schedule to ensure project deliverables milestones and required tasks are completed as planned
• This role will bring strong project management expertise the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders and a proven track record of delivering projects on time within scope
and aligned with organizational objectives
• Plan and conduct project status and review meetings Prepare project status reports and provide updates to project stakeholders and sponsors Must be able to work with a diverse group of professionals in all levels
of the agency
• Prepare necessary documentation to support project initiatives Manage development of project documentation for new services assigned Ensure all required project documentation is developed and maintained
throughout the project lifecycle
• Engage in ongoing process improvement around delivery methodology and other relevant areas Identify potential problems proactively and facilitate problem resolutions by implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Current projects include but are not limited to the following:
• Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Production technology solution
• Development and Compliance Monitoring technology solution
• Contract Administration technology solution
• Agency Business Continuity
• Space Needs – Assess facility requirements for a new location that supports workforce
