REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable



PREFERRED CERTIFICATION:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)



MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

• 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps

• 3+ years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies

• 3+ years of experience with DB querying and programming

• 3+ years of experience with Agile project management tools

• 3+ years of experience with hybrid project management methodologies (Agile combined with Waterfall)



ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills



PREFFERED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Government Experience

• ERP Experience



SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: The client is seeking an experienced scrum master to guide daily activities. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the team can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high- quality solutions. Need of a SCRUM master to facilitate the application of Scrum agile processes with project and/or operational teams.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position is responsible for removing impediments and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to include daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint retrospectives.

• You will work closely with the product owners, stakeholders, and product development teams to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.

• Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently

• Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

• Ensure team follows Scrum framework and agile principles

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospective and feedback sessions

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time
