Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.



Preferred Certifications

• SAFe Agilist (SA)

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

• PMP Certification



Required Experiences and Skills:

• 6+ years of Project or Program Management experience.

• 4+ years of experience working within a SAFe Agile environment.

• Strong proficiency with Jira

• Strong proficiency with Confluence

• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps

• Agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and influence management skills in cross-functional environments.

• Ability to drive alignment across business and technology teams.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

This role has been created to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of complex strategic initiatives within a SAFe Agile environment. The Project Manager will ensure alignment between business objectives, technology execution, and operational readiness while managing cross-functional dependencies and program delivery.



The successful candidate will lead and coordinate large-scale strategic initiatives from inception through implementation, supporting multiple Agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Key responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder management, governance reporting, budget oversight, risk management, and delivery execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and programs from initiation through implementation.

• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery schedules.

• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including:

o PI Planning

o ART Syncs

o Scrum of Scrums

o Iteration Planning

o Inspect & Adapt Workshops

• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions (RAID).

• Coordinate resources across Agile teams and third-party vendors.

• Prepare executive-level presentations, governance materials, and project status reports.

• Monitor delivery metrics and overall program health using Jira and reporting tools.



Meeting Expectations

Approximately 40%-60% of working time will be spent in meetings, including:

• Management of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).



Interview Process

• Two virtual interview rounds (approximately 30 minutes each).
